This policy covers the BuildOnline website at buildonline.ai and www.buildonline.ai. It describes what we actually collect, why, and who receives it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
It does not cover grow.buildonline.ai, the separate site we use to book calls and follow up with people interested in our services. That site collects information directly and has its own privacy policy — see the "Booking a call" section below.
Who we are
BuildOnline is a marketing services company selling websites, automated lead follow-up and review management to contractors in the United States. We are the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
Visiting this website
This site does not have a contact form. Just by visiting, you get:
- A small number of first-party cookies, described below, so we can tell one visit from another and know which advertisement or link brought you here.
- Standard technical logging by Cloudflare, our hosting provider — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is normal for any website and is used for security and keeping the site running.

Every "Book a call" button on this site takes you to grow.buildonline.ai, where you can see times and share your details. That site collects your name, contact details, and information about your business directly, under its own privacy policy, which explains what it collects and why:
If you become a customer
If you sign up for BuildOnline's services, we collect what we need to set them up and run them: your business name, contact details, and access to any accounts required to do the work. We use GoHighLevel and similar platforms to deliver services like automated follow-up and review requests, and your customer and lead data is stored there to make that possible.

This service is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes materially — for example, if we add a contact form or an advertising pixel to this site — we will update the date at the top and what this page says we collect. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated policy applies.
